hi guys i know my problem is probably discussed in this topic before but it is too long to read.

im foreign student here in malaysia so i dont know about malaysia banks and cards. i already have a cimb saving account like all other students in our university. this account has an ATM card only.
my problem is: i want to use paypal(and regular online card payment) for buying and maybe later on selling things. what bank is best for this purpose and what type of card i should ask them to give me?

thanks for the reply i dont mind opening a new account with another bank because it seems that cimb is not so paypal friendly. so maybank is the best bank if i want to use online debit/credit card payment or paypal? i remember people talk about public bank also.
