I had the same problem. I verified 2 cards. So, I have MYR20.00 in my paypal balance. Cannot use it to pay item i want to buy in ebay. But good to know that there is a way i can use the balance. I thought the money is burn already.

i can withdraw the balance into a bank account with rm3 fee or withdraw to a debit card with rm20 fee.

Hey guys, I want to transfer my paypal balance to my bank saving accounts.
But I got a few questions:
1. Currency conversion will be done at Paypal's side before going into bank OR conversion will be done at bank's side? (cimb and maybank said conversion done at their side, i asked this 2 only, later going to ask public bank)
2. If conversion is done at bank's side, paypal said withdrawal more than RM400 will have no fees, but I'm in USD currency, so is it 400USD or ~130USD(~RM400) ?

1. I just register one paypal account under Business category via www.paypal.com/my

2. If one of my customer from London would like to transfer money to me, will paypal charge me any fee?

3. I saw the fee at here https://www.paypal.com/my/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees      . Who should bear the fee (4.4%+MYR2) ? Sender or Receiver(Me)??

need  some help here, I have a paypal account linked to a debit card, but recently, due to "suspicious" activity, which is pile of bullshit, cause i bought things from xiaomi malaysia, my account got limited. and those pig heads in paypal keeps wanting my credit card statement. How can i give them a debit card statement when the bank teller tells me that a debit card is just a transaction number and cant print a statement with "credit card" number on it!? so what should i do now? i am freaking pissed

guys i received a payment from US and SG and why im unable to covert the currency to MSIA and also i have withdrawed my money to my bank account.. and the withdrawal list also show completed but i still no received the payment yet..

hi there, recently i just signed up to paypal using maybank debit card. i know that once sign up it will charge rm10 but i didnt received 4digit code. then i re-comfirm to send again....means it will deduct rm10 from my acc too? which means it deduct rm20 for no code..should i contact my bank for refund? pls help >..<

Hi, can anyone guide me on how to send payment overseas? 

My account is a premier type, Verified, using maybank debit card, my payment is just a small amount like 20-30USD, it is below the limit and my bank account balance is enough to cover the payment.

I tried clicking the send payment button and filled in the email, amt but it gives back this message "This transaction cannot be completed..."
