Samsung card quite cheap, delivered around RM 800, maybe that's why didn't worked.

Correct, that's why I tried Samsung as they have 256gb, wanted it to arrive before the XZ came out.

SanDisk has already announced their 256gb. Should be out by next month from memory.

It's backwards compatible. If you have a QC3 charger and plug into a QC2 phone, the phone will only draw using QC2.
It didn't worked on any devices, I received a flawed/broken/non-working card.

Tried it on wife's Not 7, on my laptop/desktop, all not detecting the card.

To get cheaper Aukey charger, I recommend u all go to download shopee and sign up as new user.. Free discount code and free pos laju shipping fee.. This is how I did for my previous Aukey wall charger. Recently I bought 1 powerbank for fast charging as well. Ready for my Taiwan trip.
