Yep, projector cld be costly as it can be as power hungry as plasma tv. the only thing is the short life span of the bulb if you use it to watch Astro. Not to mention the price of the bulb.

Bro RX330, I knew abt it. Ur maid got a private Panny 32" LCD TV to watch or not?
This is not consider as his 3rd display. His primary display will soon be replaced by Panny Ae-2000. Secondary display (plasma) is meant for Astro and stock market info nia. |

Bro RX330, it's LG 42LC7R.
xterminator, depending on individual. If watch tv (Astro) a lot, then LCD TV wld be a better choice as projector's bulb lifespan is short (average abt 2,000hrs). If it is purely for DVD, HD-DVD, BD or certain interesting programs (e.g. sports), then I would opt for projector. |

I have to agree with you on Pana. But, I guess it was an isolated quality issue as AX-100 has this problem. ar188 has no problem with AE-900 |

He bought the LX70 as soon as it hits our shore. I guess upgrading to LX70A would be difficult for him unless there's a buyer for his LX70

Bro digitalkl, buy online from US. HDMI from monoprice is quite cheap and reputable. Bolehland HDMI is 'daylight robbery' esp for 5M and above.
