QUOTE(ktek @ Sep 1 2016, 05:36 PM) this kind of situation. i see my mood will react differently. anyway i prefer w205 for styling and handling. f30 has attractive price (eev discount 2 time this year) to overcome but f 30 price drop superbly fast. a 2016 second hand exclusive now even selling at 150k ..

BMW is now like VW, they throw prices like mad so when new car price doesn't have control, it affects the used ones as well however, 2016 car at RM 150k sounds quite impossible. A 2015 316i; maybe?

QUOTE(SonnyCooL @ Sep 2 2016, 08:52 PM) Yes, intentionally misstating the year. Usually +1 year to the date of manufacture. When callers ask, "Oh....it's a mistake!"

both are good cars but different feel. F30 interior is ridiculously plain jane boring for such a car. Then again, it is a BMW and they've been doing that for who knows how long. W205 interior is impressive in its price range. Regarding CKD quality, people complain all the time. Even if you watch reviews overseas, their CBU cars sometimes have rattling noises and other issues as well. Regarding which company builds the best CKD cars, I reckon it is Volvo and Mercedes. BMW has had their quality problems for a long time not only for CKD cars. Perhaps wait for new Audi A4 B9?

BMW resale value is worse than merc but the 5 year maintenance is really attractive. audi is the outside choice, interior is very avantgarde but exterior very conservative. it will be the newest car among the 3 though. by the way, news just came in today. 306 hp! http://<link removed>/2016/09/08/volvo-s60-t6...ts-eev-pricing/This post has been edited by chuakz: Sep 8 2016, 10:56 AM
