2nd Day -Kyoto via JR pass (Hikari Train-160mins)  $279
3rd & 4th Day - Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine, Kinkakuji Temple,Eikando Zenrinji Temple
5th Day - Shinjuku
6th Day - DisneySea
7th Day - Tsukiji Fish Market, Meiji Shrine, Yoyogi Park, Harajuku
8th Day - Shibuya
9th Day - bye bye return to KL

Noob question:
1) I have booked 10 nights in Osaka in Airbnb, so, I am planning to spend a day in himeji, 2 days in Kyoto, 1 day in Kyoto and 1 day in Nara. What will be the cheapest transportation this way? Osaka is my base, so I need to travel to the cities everyday, and the remaining time will be spent in Osaka. Suggestions are welcomed. Any day trips which are interesting and worth to go?

2)Equipped with a 2 day Osaka Amazing pass and universal studio tickets, I am planning to stay 5 days in Osaka, a little too much? Or less?
