hi guys, need advice on which arrangement below make more sense for my upcoming 20-27Oct trip:
- arrive KIX 8AM-Thursday (20th)
- leaving KIX 11AM-Thursday (27th)

plan A (3d2n kyoto, 4d3n osaka)
1. arrive KIX, goto Kyoto straight, put down luggage, have brunch, roam around waiting for checkin
2. next day Friday start early and travel to Arashiyama for the bamboo thing and hike Fushimi-Inari-Taisha Pilgrimage Circuit for 2-3 hours. roam around kyoto for other attraction
3. check out Saturday and go to Osaka, eat, shopping, aquarium until Wednesday night.

plan B (2d2n osaka, 2d2n kyoto, 3d2n osaka)
1. arrive KIX, goto Osaka, put down luggage, have brunch, roam around waiting for checkin
2. roam around Osaka until Saturday then travel to Kyoto at lunch time.
3. Sunday morning travel to Arashiyama and do the hiking Fushimi-Inari route.
4. Monday back to Osaka around late noon, checkin osaka hotel, eat shop until wednesday night.

No one got any recommendation regarding hotel nearby Hakone station?   

hi, if it's only me and my wife 2 person and usage might be getting direction, using the apps, fb, wife might play pokemon 
do you recommend buy 2 sim card each for us or buy the travel pocket wifi?

so just get 1 sim and tethering sharing right?
the pocket wifi dongle thing will work fine if just throw in backpack right?

I am planning my trip (10 days) for this coming December to Hokkaido (Sapporo, Asahikawa, Otaru, Hakodate) via Tokyo (ANA), however contemplating on the transport methods to there

I would be arriving late into Haneda est 10:30PM+ and transport services would be out when I eventually retrieve my luggage. Probably going to wait through the night for next available transportation towards Hokkaido (Sapporo)

My options are below

1. Domestic flight through Haneda -> Chitose (10:05PM arrival @ Haneda, 6:25AM departure to Chitose next day)
- cost lesser than item (2) + shorter travel time. Will there be a luggage limit for non transit domestic flights ? Would have to purchase separate hokkaido rail pass to travel locally there. Furthermore Haneda airport does not allow stayover compared to Narita
2. JR east + south hokkaido pass  (6D Flex) Tokyo-> Shin-Hakodate -> Sapporo -> Otaru -> Shin-Hakodate -> Tokyo
- cost more than item (1) and lengthier travel hours. But could save on JR rail transport locally at Hokkaido
