If to choose between USJ and Disneyland which is more preferable? (Just wondering)

Anywhere is recommended for senior citizens? I hope my mum would enjoy this trip.

It's a 11 days 10 nights trip.. Gonna start planning now! Already bought my air ticket, but I'm wondering would it be better if I were to follow tour instead of planning the trip myself since I'm bringing my mum for travel?
