I think for water quality for Central park is quite good d........nothing much to complaint d.....just only challenges is to avoid those lake water contaminated by the mud water from the construction site.......

I think Gazebo few times also got submerged under the water......nothing new right?

Under this kind of market situation, I think quite hard to launch for another high rise development in this area.......

It could be EW want to fast fast to monetise their land bank here, as the longer they holding these land bank the higher costs they incur, especially in the future, nobody can have predict what will happen to the property market in the long run.
