500k or not am not really sure, remember myself once asked how to calculate, got ignore maybe they knew i got no $$ to buy monterey, lol.. As for monterey/terraza, and i believe it may applied for grandezza as well.. i.) 52ft width road that applied for every single jalan within the parcel ii.) min 30ft backlane garden for every unit iii.) density wise, 7unit/acre for terraza, 5unit/acre for monterey, 3unit/acre grandezza etc... etc..... Depends if any personnel can accept the above that jacked up the pricing, of course you have to pay for these fancy stuff |
