TA and Gamuda 257 not that bad. ES is really for upper market, with own club house but cons is higher monthly maintenance fee.
TA is a bit lower than Gamuda 257, and 257 selling point is walking distance to shopping mall, and overall 257 township is not bad, just they selling price is over price.
IJM is the one try to sell at higher price but nothing special, for their lower price project such as Penduline, Starling, Livia, because the affordable price, so still selling like a hot cake. But for subsales, their unit not actually attractive as TA have similar selling price but better landscaping and upper level feeling.
ES is the best among this 4 developer project in Canal City, but TA and 257 not that old school, and 257 also not that cramped, for IJM and TA, i agree it is quite cramped.
