Boss i dun buy condo nia. Tat doesn't mean others can't buy.

Further to tat condo for own stay is gd but for investment has the limitation. Hope my explanation to u clear ur doubt on my whereabouts.

So dun buy condo is merely my own principle. It's not an advise ya.

Few points :

1. Lucky for westside 3 highway facing buyers. So fast got another condo being built help alleviate the noise from nkve

2. South brooks really quite near to NKVE. Must decide whether the noise level is acceptable to u before u buy that facing.

3. This could really be the last "affordable" condo project in dpc, the other 5 pieces of condo land really seem to be much more prime location. Logically, unlikely dpc would go mid range for them.

4. Village grocer opening in august in Arcadia and most other shops also opening soon including Sekai no yamachan ( nagoya style fried chicken wings ) The gravity will shift away from waterfront to arcadia side in time. Might be useful consideration if u r intending to rent it out esp to expats.

If monoland skysuites now starting to beg for biz despite selling some expert said 50% below market value......i seriously dont see this SB project will be bbb scenario.

The 1st phase surely will be fast n furious but the traction will be slowing down after this.

If going by the westside 3 strategy , ppsb would be aiming to sell 70% in the first month. And then slowly sell the remaining while under construction

Sure boss. I'm a true believer of no such thing as perfect project or development. As you said, pros and cons exist in all projects but somehow some people can only see the existence of either heaven or hell.
