All right. I will post it when I get home later. From what I gathered by talking to the SA only tower 1 is being launched for now. Tower 2 will be launched later. Also some layouts are only available in tower 2 and vice Verda.

Take note tat brooks has mez flr. So lvl few units of 9 10 or even 11 ll b blocked by gym room. Best is to start at lvl 12.

And I think no issue for units facing cp. Afterall its mid end condo. Cheap cheap price can take cp view la.

PPA1M is next to SB........

if they show PPA1M in the same scale model.....nobody will buy SB already except investors.

Was told PPA1M also around 1000units.....

So combined these two projects will have 2000units.......

and DPC still got many condo projects to launch yet.........

Practical layout for 3 bedrooms. Only thing I would change is the seal up the toilet entrance in bedroom 2 (position to the bed is bad fengshui for me).

Boss dun buy condo. It's doesn't really matter cos dpc is. Not ur cuppa tea. Wish they improve to hav u in future.

Honestly, this land @ Desa ParkCity is not ideal, hence no choice but to launch affordable condo

Either facing highway noisy, or facing park but likely will be blocked by future project

From the master plan, another 5 condo project in the future? Or more?
