Yes nearly perfect for all.

Only pondering the estimated maintenance fees psf for long run. Perhaps can take a point of reference at the fees from ws* series.

I guess despite IF rm100psf premium for park view, buyer will pay for it given the proximity to the NKVE.

I wonder developer will give for example double glazed glass for window for NKVE facing units to minimize the noise or not.

DPCians who will accept nothing less than perfect.. will got for Park view units...

Only investor wannabes will choose NKVE view due to steep premium of view... tongue.gif

Even I visited my friend's house at ws2, I heard about the loud noise from highways as far the balcony door is opened. Floor is at mid level.

Pay the premium get the park facing unit. It worth the moolah I guess. For gd dpc view high flr units in ws series win vs ocp and ns.

With minimum size of 8xx sq ft, one car park. Larger units will have two car parks.
