In fact, MCMC don't have power to make a decision towards celcom.
In simple, these kind of CFM and MCMC are help you to forward complain and follow up the case with service provider...

CFM = Forward complain to service provider
MCCM = Follow up with service provider

as far as i know...
Umobile did blacklist me for not making last payment many years back..hahaha
that why i learn a very important lesson...

Despite making last payment and cancelled on spot at Berjaya Time Square, there will be always "some" form of outstanding left.
i even call my friend working at accounts dept Umobile and triple check.
In the end had to pay lo.

So, i believe each and every telco should be the same....there will be always last outstanding payment needed.

It's seems like need to bring some stones to HQ there and throw the stones to the company logo.
Then the only way they can respond to you and solve the problem.

Those do report such as CFM and MCMC are just extra work and for their record document purposes.
So since most of the telco like this, should we be each other same like that bring huge of stones before walk in to service center? thumbsup.gif
