I got bad experience at direct D before.

I went there must queue 1hour. After reach counter they rush you, to see phone need to pay first previously no demo set.

As you said no discount, take it or leave it ask for screen protector straight ask pay.

Then go down take some crappy free gifts.

I go to normal hand phone shop they treat me even better. U can touch real sets and test. After confirm they help you transfer data , cut sim, free Sp free casing and the best no queue.

Now I order from Lazada cheaper than directD.

im on snapdragon version, latest global dev rom. so difficult to unlock the bootloader, used 2 mi account with unlock permission, still hitting the error on mi unlock and stucked at 50% , error "current account info is different.."

check dev option -> mi status, hitting error 10008.. now registered 3rd mi account for unlock approval.

how u guys get unlock the bootloader successfully ?

Err... Screen freeze issue is there on 8.2.2.0 firmware. No such issue on previous 8.1.1.0.0.

i fall in love with this casing....

Bought a 4X from GSTPhone. Unlocked bootloader and flashed AOSP Extended. Anyone else using AOSP Extended?

My tempered glass does not sit flush with the screen, the edge seems to "float". Anyone having the same problem?

i created, with unlock approval, but i couldnt unlock it, its keep showing error 10008 in the phone, and stucked at 50% in the unlocking process.

i searched forums and got people said borrow mi id and unlock it and it worked, so i wondering i can do the same also.

using it for RN2

its bulky as in size. after awhile scratches at the back and cant properly cover back the back (probably just mine)

and im constantly gaming so cover is gona be real hot

I read lot of people are facing unlock issue as well. I don't think changing Mi ID will help. If really help, then Xiaomi is really bad on selecting only certain people can unlock. Bad move then.

Going to try get unlock code and test it myself too...
