Pls recommend which console is the best in comparison with price,quality,performance,games variation and other related factors....feel free to drop by.

dreamcast is the best!

Of all the next gen consoles, none are worth buying for me because:

Wii: Game lineup doesn't interest me.

360: Most games consist of FPS (I despise playing FPS with a gamepad), 3ROD horror stories.

PS3: Expensive, very few games out.

No comments on PSP, I don't plan to own a handheld.

Well, im NOT the fanboyz of any console since im own 3 of them. As of to date, 360 is d best in aspect of price, perfor, gamez library and 360 features itself (Live is so happening where there is marketplace and next is ipTv in very near future.)

Wii is very innovative and will offer a lot of fun gamez. Suitable for family and casual gamer. But not for me

PS3 price will eventually drop to actual price around rm2100 for 60Gb when officialy announced here. Believe, it will give very tight war btwn 360. Many good / killer gamez will be avail by end of this year.

PSP..hmm offer decent graphic capabilities. For handheld game la. Nice features..

BTW, I think xbox360 is the best right now. But if u want portability, go for the psp.

Wrong, the winner here are the gamers. Competition breeds better values and deals for us. Rather than which console is the best, i go where the games i wanna play go, so the console that has the games i wanna play, is the best.

Nice that you have 3 of them. I'm working myself but I don't see myself shelling out cash for consoles I don't play
Anyway, since you have all 3, and work, do you even remotely have enough time to play the games, let alone finish them?

I work mostly 16 days a month. But the backlogs are piling up.

But , if a game comes out exclusively on a console, and not other, would you deprive yourself of not playing it, which also include investing in buying said console? If financial's the word here, then i'd understand. And you dont PLAY a console, you play the GAMES on the console. I dont pile all my eggs in one basket, while watching others having fun with their eggs. I want a taste of those eggs too.

You may have certain types of games you willing to not play and others that you most definitely have to play, so your choices are pretty much safe, along with the wallet as well. But unfortunate for me for liking a wide spectrum of games, from silly minigames to serious FPSes.

The next gen absolutely sucks. The only thing seems marginally interesting is the WII.

XBOX 360 haven't learn it's lesson and is catering to mainly North America market like XBOX 1 if u look at the games...B-O-R-I-N-G.

The PS3 is a overpriced and overhyped destined flop. Price cut is going on in Japan already as people start to ignore it...

I vote: PS2 as best console currently. Unbeatable in terms of fun and price. XBOX 1 a close second.

i dun understnd abt this issue on PS3 overpriced, i mean price jack is one thing, but i think sony itself really put a cheap price tag on PS3, no games on PS3, tat i agree, not those we wanted, but price i think its dem justified

360. There is no "gameplay" difference. (Well, maybe to equalize those inferiority complexes, but heh.)

For the games, the PS3 has no rumble (Colin Mcrae), the Wii only has Mario Galaxy to interest me, and that is NOT a RM1200 purchase.
