Yo there., I just want you all give me opinion and help please.

I have sold my p4 2.4ghz to seller: ebeli.
Yesterday he called me asking for refund I said ok and come to my house. We agreed both to tested and the processor is faulty.

So he did came and check with me and yes the processor is faulty.
And yes I already refund him back and the fishy thing is he said he didn't bring the heatsink that came with my unit. He bring the an original stock P4 heatsink.

At that time I'm not sure that the processor is the same cause I don't remember the stepping cause its my friend item.

After that my friend came back he said that the processor is not his.
Also he stated that the processor not is not same.
He advice me also state that in case of anything he rembered last 4 processor no.

I already talk to him(ebeli) nicely about this case. Asking him to refund and item is not mine but my friend. He refuse and claimed I made the story up. Haih

One more important thing I have already test the item before I cod with him and I got few witnesses that saw the processor runs and boot...

Alamak, why you didn't check properly before you refund back his money? Like that hard to argue already for this case. You should take it back to check with your friend, then only to decide whether to refund or not mah.

At that time, I dun want to make it a long drama series. Even I know his fault I just refund. Piss off cause but he changed the proc to and older batch. I have discuss nicely with him but he refuses. Ebeli, please stated your case and you reason. I will post the picture of the burn processor. Obviously you have burn your processor. Bought this and claim the new one to be faulty and pass back the faulty one, which is actually is your faulty unit. Even the heatsink is different.

People can get even dispute title for mere RM20 item.

my deal with ^666^ if done, i buy the unit i chek got problem, i return to him, he refund to me. so i think Settle. any way if ^666^ not agreed about it , he need to show any proof that he sell to me that number or that unit or that thing detail in document. as law . for mod he still not contact me to settle, i think he just want to play drama here.

I thinks its impossible to solve this dispute. If ebeli do not want to admit that he switched the item, nothing much can be done. Even the owner can come out with the resit and all to prove it doesnt tally with the returned item, ebeli can just say that the owner was trying to frame him after all.

I wonder if there really a way to solve this. If the case was true as claim by TS, then its just really unfortunate. Even COD is not safe now. My best advice, try not to trade with newbies. No offence to newbies tho, but that the way it seems to go.

That's why it's good to provide a pic of the item you're selling. At least you can compare the returned item with the pic you take before it's sold.

Is there any... like receipts or box that maybe can match the codes on the processor? like some kind of serial number or smtg? That might help...

met this ebeli yesterday and traded with him. So far he haven't call me back regarding my item. Assuming it's working fine because he said he is going to test it in nearby computer shop in midvalley. Not saying that he is trustable person or not. Just giving my experience.

Well, it's been two days peergh doesn't come here and answer my question.
And he didn't even pm me in YM anymore just like how he always bug me everyday on telling me that he's not ebeli.

last wednesday i happen to follow my friend makan2 at banting. somehow we bump to a cc there and we share using 1 pc. Cause i usually monitor my pm at forum, i log in BUT forgot to log out there (dan lama tak pergi cc, thats why... ). The day after, i receive a ym citing that he accidently use my account to pm somebody, i called him and he says that he use the same cc. i tought that it was his cc coz not many people come there.

it happen to be that shawty get really pissed off by the pm and he post in this thread that me and this guy are a same person. i add him into my ym and inform him im not the same guy and i just mentioned this story briefly (but seems being ignored by him anyway as he post there that im bugging him... ) to him.

when it seems that shawty wanna do a deal on me if i not posting any info on this guy,he will assume i am actually him (ebeli) i manage to call ebeli and asking for his cc address (cause i not know the address actually) he mentioned that it is not his cc. he also says that im not having any problem with him, why so bothered? he says that 666 didnt even call him directly as he is a mobile person. set an appointment with him, ask his address directly from him as his phone no. is not switch off....... i got puzzled by this judging that everybody seems to see me as this ebeli but i didnt even know shawty, buy proc. from 666 and owe kelvin hata rm 600.

to admin, u can do the need.. i just dont know how long this thread is ongoing with the settlement still not being solved between both parties. i dont wanna mess around anymore with this dispute im not dealing at the 1st place. im sorry. i believe that im not helping that much, i dont think any post from me will solved this dispute directly. thank you...

1st) what he says is he don't even know you (shawty), or bought proc. from 666 or owe kelvin hata rm 600. the correct bolding should be:
