I have sold my p4 2.4ghz to seller: ebeli.
Yesterday he called me asking for refund I said ok and come to my house. We agreed both to tested and the processor is faulty.

So he did came and check with me and yes the processor is faulty.
And yes I already refund him back and the fishy thing is he said he didn't bring the heatsink that came with my unit. He bring the an original stock P4 heatsink.

At that time I'm not sure that the processor is the same cause I don't remember the stepping cause its my friend item.

After that my friend came back he said that the processor is not his.
Also he stated that the processor not is not same.
He advice me also state that in case of anything he rembered last 4 processor no.

I already talk to him(ebeli) nicely about this case. Asking him to refund and item is not mine but my friend. He refuse and claimed I made the story up. Haih

One more important thing I have already test the item before I cod with him and I got few witnesses that saw the processor runs and boot...

Alamak, why you didn't check properly before you refund back his money? Like that hard to argue already for this case. You should take it back to check with your friend, then only to decide whether to refund or not mah.

At that time, I dun want to make it a long drama series. Even I know his fault I just refund. Piss off cause but he changed the proc to and older batch. I have discuss nicely with him but he refuses. Money is not that really important here but I want to know what is his lame excuse? Please mod help me, give me a hand would ya.

who is he in the phrase? and why suddenly your proc get to be your friend's ?

Ebeli, please stated your case and you reason. I will post the picture of the burn processor. Obviously you have burn your processor. Bought this and claim the new one to be faulty and pass back the faulty one, which is actually is your faulty unit. Even the heatsink is different.

People can get even dispute title for mere RM20 item.
