Kawasaki. That bike has been around for over a decade and practically proven reliability. if it had any issues, its already been resolved and surely someone would have come up with a cheaper way to resolve it.

R25... still relatively new.. and is currently going through a recall process (forgot for wat though). HUGE amount of users though, so if u join clubs etc, should be easy to get help.

CBR250RR. Its a honda which is known for reliability. but doesnt mean its bulletproof. especially since its a totally new bike and no idea about the reliability.
TNT600 may not have a need to upgrade.. but thats coz u prolly spend alot of ur money fixing it hahahaha.....problems may not be major, but surely enough to annoy

So looking for below 25k provided loan lepas else need DP 10k n remaining loan. 
First was looking for 2nd hand Ninja maybe 2011/2012. Just to learn riding back...fall ke scratch ke wont so painful compared to new bike.
But then, not sure if will last long. In dilemma choosing new / used. 

Buy a used 2013 Ninja (the Special Edition colour scheme is as below). 2011/2012 look old school now.

Erm, not getting loan for used. Straight pay Cash which roughly 10k. 
Now you mentioned about it, dem... indeed 2013 looks better. Was planning to get used ride for 1 year or 2 and get B full before looking for better bikes.
