I assume its cutting micro sim to nano sim size. SD card no nano size btw.
My advise dont cut. Go to telco service centre and change to nano sim. Celcom change for free. Although someone can cut it with those cutter even for free, I find not all sim have same thickness. My post paid sim much thinner than my prepaid sim. After cutting both, post paid sim less issue but postpaid sim may move in the sim tray. End up change to proper sim. Cahnge for free.

Download PDF template then play around with zoom settings until 1:1 scale (press micro SIM against monitor to compare size)

Note the lines then cut in 1 confident motion (I use scissors)

If u sked, cut slightly bigger so can trim down later using the file on a nail clipper
