Hi i own acer aspire 4710G i bought in Sarawak in July last year and now its uni semester holiday so i return back to semenanjung. Recently a problem arise on my laptop so i send it to a shop nearby to find out whats wrong and now the guy told me the problem is with my hard disk and display (whether that mean the monitor or the card, i will find out soon) so he told me to send it to acer center in penang. Since i live in sungai petani i think that make sense rather than in kl. So does anybody know the address of acer center in penang since i am going there this saturday...
Would it cost me anything? since the problem is with hardware. Oh yeah i have one year warranty.

One more question, the thing is i am not knwledgeable about laptop, is it possible to upgrade the ram of laptop, just like desktop? to 1 gig or 2 gig? and the video card to 512 because i am a student and i do get bored. If i were to upgrade these, how much should i prepared?
