Asked CIMB RM on their FD for 100k:

12 mth Islamic 3.85%
12 mth Conventional 3.75%

3 mth Islamic 4%
3 mth conventional 3.90%

But I am only interested in 12 mth rate. Just to be careful if OPR should drop again.

Taikor, the RM did not reply WhatsApp. For u, I called her to get the reply !

For Islamic one only, there is option to get monthly interest. 
Confirmed with CIMB RM that 12 mth is 3.85%. When did u hear 3.95% ? We are talking about CIMB, HL is 3.95%. 
My 2012 CIMB Klibor going to be called back. 10 years maturity !

My CIMB RM told me the new Klibor to be launched tomorrow. First year return 5%, remainding 4 yrs 4.9%. Lower than the 5.2% rate for the "old" Klibor.

This 5 yrs one is better than the 10 yrs one that I am holding !! Waiting for it to be called back on 3/10.
