Smart switch screwed things up? How many doing smart switch and got problem and how many don't face issue?

That was lots of apps. Lol.

From my experiences patching software, sometimes customer pc have lots of things installed. So we can't take care all softwares therefore there might be complication after patch.

Backup always recommended before doing update.

well, today was a real heart attack moment. hopefully it doesnt happen again or not i'm gonna really try a 'hammer test' on the phone.

Wow. That's quite a lot of apps. I didn't install many apps. I wonder what is the culprit of my phone's poor battery life.

Actually whats the common issue u guys facing? Is it hang issue?

Location service off, GPS off, Wi-Fi off. Only on mobile internet.

Yep, the launcher was installed and being use when i updated the firmware.

Maybe one of your app went rogue

Ok swapped my Note 5 with my dad's Note 7 so here I am.. Trimmed my Ori Samsung SP at the bottom and bottom sides (left and right) to avoid lift issues..

Oh and I've read a few people wanting to try X-One and the Kluang Samsung shop that recommended me the X-One SP paired their Note 7 with Otterbox case, not sure which one in particular but I've seen theirs and totally no SP lift up issues. They have done a very good job.

So I shall be sticking with my loose (left volume side) Spigen Rugged armor with trimmed Ori Samsung SP until another no lift combo has been found, or until I cannot tahan then I'll get the Otterbox with X-One combo which costs RM260++
