if it shipped with vendor rom, just reflash to global rom, mentioned in faq/guide. and no problem in pokemon go.

you need to use miflash to flash the miui beta rom. if your user account is not under beta group, then you will not getting any ota notification

did you extracted all the fastboot rom zip? it should comes out with files after extracted.
