i think based on their policy, they will not entertain AP set. but just update the firmware and charge 30-50 bucks, this will be income for them. so they still accept AP set.

after upgrade, u should not have problem using gprs cos it have all the local telco profile. i not sure new firmware is out or not, if it is released, it can support 1 hour video recording..

going to try to get a new phone to replace my v3x. totally unhappy with it. been having battery problems and my speakers go loud with no apparent reason.

not using GPRS? u use 3G to go online also consider using GPRS leh.. hehe

last sat i went to one hp shop, defler told me v3x got black version, but he said blue is nicer, sigh i cant see the real phone there...

sigh... same here. Went hp shop just now. Wanted to have a look at black version. All they could say is, blue nicer... "black one not nice, have a number 3 logo on its front not nice(duno wad he meant)" blink.gif

Any of u v3x owner have a black version? care to elaborate or even better, got pics of it? tongue.gif

a 3 logo means its from Three network...so I think it is brought in from foreign countries example Australia...

the phone so far seems ok to me,no problem at all,the camera is clearer than N70 with its full screen view(not counting the option and exit button),there is 2 speaker at the back bottom and the volume increase is the same sound like other moto phones...1 thing no good is it is not as stylish s v3i alu case...
