The event is simple
1. Talk to the Doomsayer with any demon detection ability every 3-5mins
2. pick There's something not quite right about you... (if it is available)
3. it will spawn the Dread Infiltrator
4. kill him and it has a chance to drop the toy.

The toy sells about 6k in my server, possible to go up after the event ends where returning player come back for legion.

Doomsayer location, we have people in raid at every npc, shout to get everyone here
