80C is normal for i7-8750H with turbo boost enabled =)
CPU temperature is generally higher than GPU temperature.

Hi Anonymous_98.. Our overseas manufacturer has informed us that they have shipped our container for the new LAGUNA Coffeelake stocks to us through air shipment. Hi Eterman.. I believe this backlit brightness can be rectified by installing the latest current MyApp software version from our end is 1.4.9.0 and can be downloaded from the link below:

Hi wookp, the desktop version RTX 2060 shows the similar benchmark results to GTX1070Ti desktop version performance. However, as for RTX2060 mobile version (laptop RTX graphics card), we will be testing further to get a more accurate result.

Hi canaviso, Yes, there were a few users that have attempted to boot Hackintosh into the Raven but you might need to purchase additional peripheral (eg: Broadcom WiFi adapter) to run the system properly later since it is not natively supported, hope this clarifies.

Hi low0915, Yes. ILLEGEAR Raven does come with a built-in SD card reader on the right side of the laptop. In addition, yes we do sell extra adapter if you wish to purchase one.
