Below are some useful LAGUNA Keyboard Shortcuts for your reference:

FN+1 - Toggle fan speed (auto/max)
FN+3 - Toggle rear led strips
FN+9 - Toggle touchpad light, bottom LED strips
FN+0 - Toggle touchpad light, screen display & led lights
FN+spacebar - Toggle keyboard backlight brightness

Hi IdiuU, thank you very much for your purchase. For the D9X, you would have to fold out the top section of backpack backwards to insert the laptop into the backpack. Quite tricky because of its thickness: user posted image

Hi kokoke, here are a few LAGUNA Keyboard Shortcuts for your reference:

At the moment, the patch for the Meltdown and Spectre (Variant 2) is yet to be finalized as there are still some bugs persist on the latest version that we received. Under "Music" lighting effect, the keys at the green colour area will continue to light up even though the music has stopped playing, that is the default configuration for this effect smile.gif Regarding the input delay, may I know under which software/game did you experience the phenomenon?

I'm okay with the nagging "errors". The problem is that it took out my HDMI port as well. So now for whatever reasons, the HDMI port refuses to work. I've used different cables, and different laptops. Just my RS-15, with the new windows update, makes it doesn't work.

It can't be coincidence, even after installing NVIDIA updates, the problem doesn't go away at all.

Apologies for the delayed response. Is it possible for you to run a clean OS reinstallation on your system? Below are the steps to reformat, should you wish to perform;

1. Backup your important data first
2. Locate one 8GB pendrive for usage
3. Download the Windows 10 Installation Media from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
4. The tool will mount the Windows 10 ISO into the USB drive to make it bootable
5. Boot your laptop from the USB to enter into the recovery environment

Cimo In terms of build quality, Onyx is sturdier and smaller in footprint in comparison to the S5X, but it is slightly thicker and about 100 grams heavier. Recommended because of its bezel-less screen design as well as the mechanical keyboard with per-key RGB control, but it doesn't feature the GTX 1070 yet.

We do not have a solid ETA yet regarding the Coffeelake refresh for the S5X, but we will of course make an official announcement soon once it has been released, stay tuned!

Hi nyunyu I believe that the miscommunication was caused since there was multiple amendments (for example: HDD change request from 1TB 7200rpm to Seagate SSHD, stock RAM -> G.SKILL -> no RAM -> custom RAM) that were requested & have been performed on your order in regards to the components. There was also quite a lot of back and forth going on between the assembly line and the order processing team (multiple work orders have been generated too) in completing the order and since there were multiple people that handled your order, some miscommunications have occurred but I believe we have resolved the issue. Will follow-up with you regarding the store credit via WhatsApp.

As for the drivers, we are indeed in the process of revamping the official website and the download links will be featured on Support tab soon smile.gif

Hi mydragoon, for the Coffeelake editions of Raven, we have decided to split them into two categories; normal Raven for GTX 1050 & GTX 1050Ti & Raven Elite for higher end GPUs. The Raven Elite is much more suitable to run resource-intensive programs for an extended period of time because of the better build quality (Anodized aluminum on Raven Elite vs solid plastic with textured finish on Raven) as well as the better thermal management system equipped for the laptop, hope this clarifies.

Hi zeronuker, for the dead pixel warranty, you will be eligible for a screen replacement even if there is a single dead pixel present on the screen. However if the laptop was purchased without the dead pixel warranty, you would still be qualified for a screen replacement if the laptop has at least 3 dead/dim/lit pixels present on the display, hope this clarifies smile.gif

Hi Freedom15, Laguna is much better in comparison in terms of the thermal management (equipped with quad-heatpipe, triple-vents and dual-fan cooling) and the fans run a lot quieter when compared to the S5X under maximum load.

Hi Benedict416, for our laptops, the RAM, HDD, SSD, SSHD, wireless card as well as the warranty duration can be upgraded in the future after laptop purchase is made smile.gif Kindly note that opening the back panel of the laptop to upgrade/service/replace the components inside will not void the warranty of the laptop. However to claim the warranty (mostly for parts replacement) customers would have to send in the laptop physically/by courier to our HQ for servicing/warranty claiming events.

Hi chunjie97, the Raven Elite is based on another ODM from top-tier overseas manufacturer (not Clevo/Sager based). Regarding the battery runtime, both Onyx & Raven Elite can last for approximately around 2.5-4 hours under normal surfing, but it differs between users since it would depend on the screen brightness level, network utilization as well as the amount of background applications running. Cooling-wise, the fans of the Raven Elite run a lot quieter when compared to the Onyx under maximum load. However, both models do not actually experience from overheating issues when running with maximum load, hope this helps smile.gif
