So right, i went to Citta Mall and i lost my parking ticket. My friend and i came in 2 cars. We drove one car out from the parking lot, went to the entrance and take another ticket, and reverse. Then, my friend went back into his car dengan jalan kaki, tried to exit his car from the parking lot. When masuk ticket, ticket invalid. Guard say to masuk ticket at auto pay machine, hence he did it, also not valid.

Guard say to go to management opis. When went there,

Management Office: You hilang ticket eh
Friend: Tak la
Management Office: Nak tengok time dekat ticket dengan CCTV tak?
Friend: Ok Ok hilang ticket.

So, we paid RM53 in the end.

So, they no stupid. We stupid for thinking system stupid.

RM 53 for lost ticket is daylight robbery. Fuck all malls.

Cannot outsmart them. The ticket is not valid at the exit barrier and autopay station. It's not valid kerana kereta tarak masuk dalam parking lot.

u take ticket and u reverse. there's a sensor at the palang there detected the car did not pass thru after ticket collected. so it flagged the unique ID on the ticket as invalid .

Ticket is only considered valid if there is car pass by the gate after taking the ticket. Otherwise I will just in-out-in-out and get a lot of tickets, then go into mall parking to steal all the cars.

Tidabule. The ticket is not valid at all . If i exchange wit someone else, it will menyusahkan them and they hav to pay RM53

Then he gave me a ticket that might be mine as someone found it and pass to them

Sometimes the parking system really bodoh. I paid the parking, but jam in the mall for >15mins, when reach my turn the ticket exceeded the time limit. I caused a massive jam behind honking non stop. Nobody was there and i had to leave my car there and go back into the mall and pay again. FFUUU..

alot people doing this, wait other people masuk then take the ticket. then people become block there cant masuk.

my fren punched a girl in pavillion cause she lost her ticket, stand at the dispenser took then ciao,

since the cctv can detect our car come in what time. why not shopping mall use that to prove the timed that u parked inside and only charged the amount accordingly if lose ticket, u know why? bcos all shopping mall also adik beradik bijan. jimbet

I lost a ticket before, already paid, can't find it after search for about 15 minutes.
Went to management office, tell them ticket lost, in the end the guard gives me exit without paying penalty.

Wow citta mall RM50+gst. I've only lost ticket once at AEON Wangsa Maju. Fee RM20, that time no gst yet. But then the guard will follow to car while holding ticket, when arrive at car and unlock using remote then the guard will give ticket.

Possibly security reason, avoid thieves just say lost ticket then stole a random car - got car for only the price of a lost ticket.

btw, tailgating is still the common practice for cheapskate.

Proximity sensor doesn't sense a metal object, it will not issue ticket / open gate. You need to carry one long metal rod with you at least.
