It is always depend where u stay and work, currently most of my friends and family are stay at kepong sure kiara kasih is best choice for me.. 300k get renowned developer project and good location. Nothing to complaint.. unless willing to pay extra like 600k to get better project with good location and facilities.. this is wat we call "opportunity cost"
