In lelong, no longer got restriction. Anyone can buy (except if the unit is bumi lot, bumi lot will still apply).
Yes, this unit facing highway. But will still attract many bidders.

Some even no need apply loan, cash buyer.

Not all affordable homes make money.

But the hottest unit tomorrow is actually Ooak Mont Kiara and Millerz Square. Both got more than 20 bidders entered.

Will be a very spicy fight tomorrow.
