In lelong, no longer got restriction. Anyone can buy (except if the unit is bumi lot, bumi lot will still apply).
Yes, this unit facing highway. But will still attract many bidders.

Yes, got some people managed to get few units here at Kiara Kasih. Using proxy name to apply.
Some even no need apply loan, cash buyer.

Not all affordable homes make money.
Many such as Skyawani, Pandanmas, etc sold at below launching price in the lelong market.

More than 10 bidders registered to bid for this unit tomorrow. Good luck.
But the hottest unit tomorrow is actually Ooak Mont Kiara and Millerz Square. Both got more than 20 bidders entered.

Will be a very spicy fight tomorrow.

Sold at 342K from reserve price 281K.
Only attracted 3 bidders.

Auction next week.
Vacant unit. As per developer hand over condition. Owner did nothing yet.
Let's see how much the transacted price.

From 342K, sold at 436K.
Highest recorded transaction of all rumahwip development so far.
