1800 is UEM number, I called just now and they took my number will send me the details on balloting for next Tuesday.

Yes, KK surrounding is noisy.
Prefer Suria Pantai area too as compared to KK.
Location not bad too.

Near enough to affect you hahaha. Can see the cemetery and definitely within hearing range for prayers. But looks like got swimming pool la. Facilities wise Kiara Kasih is better than Suria Pantai.

no actual expected processing time then? some say 3 month, some say 2 weeks.
not sure if current issue with macc, new gomen, etc effect the processing or not

why they freeze the approval?

You're okay with properties launching at 600++ psf and now going for around 370-ish psf? If that doesn't tell you how bad that side of 'Mont Kiara' is for investment then I don't know what will..
