Some info I get from the UEM Staff.
**Launching Date/Balloting Date will be on 20th of March.
**The Balloting will be held on nearby the sales gallery but not in UEM Sunrise Sales Gallery. Perhaps in School (Havent decide yet)
**Beside us nearby HTC will be having a PP1AM or PRIMA government house.
**Free 2 Parking
**SNP Fees will be bear by developer , other fees still not confirmed whether is bear by developer anot.
