Are they white expats? I suspect they're not comfortable in Asian expat (japan, korea) environment.

Bangsar is more European and the locals are English speaking with a longer history of being rich and influential than MK residents.

Affordable homes is a current/recent policy and I think many developers are required to develop a certain number of affordable homes today when they owned residential lands.

We need a balance between those who can afford and those who cannot afford, and this plays out to be part and parcel of a political game as part of government's election manifesto.

Wow, nice location! Cant wait to hear more about this project. Sifu here, how do you guys compare this with the RUMAWIPs in Bukit Jalil/wangsa maju/OKR? feels like wangsa maju is more connected to public transport right?

Imo if 300k with apartment style/facilities... better save more for proper condo. I'll only buy 198k for apartment rumawip style.

That's my opinion entirely.

But mk, bj must be expensive lo...
300k in mk is bbb, mk high class place so rumawip also jadi high class ad.

Definitely not high class. This is a single building, average 23 units per floor. Out of 41 floors, 9 floors are car park, 1 floor facilities.
