This is a rumahwip project, so you need to apply through the rumahwip website, just make sure you fulfill the requirement to purchase a rumahwip. Price is 300k, and need 10% downpayment

Don’t have air cond point for kk, asked the developer they told me that they are considering to add that, but not confirmed

You can actually see KK from the uem sunrise show gallery across the road. It is located quite high up a slope which makes it easy to spot

Go there, queue, register first then they will direct you to the ballot box, after picking a unit u have to show your ballot paper to a video camera as proof, then register your ballot paper with yr unit number, last but not least sign spa with lawyer

Nope we cannot, after signing spa you still have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the unit.

I don't think you can as rumahwip is strictly for first home buyer only. But I am not sure please check with your sales adviser.

The future development potential is high for that area. Of course it does not look good now, but it might improve given the number of projects that are coming up along that stretch.

Some people just don't understand that there is no perfect property. Just buy the one that you are comfortable with and you will do just fine.

Is there a better developer for Rumahwip out there other than UEM? Call me bias but I am a big advocate of their end product and the quality that comes along with it.
