Best budget house deal of 2018? This is effectively a UEM Sunrise MK condominium (at least in name) with condo facilities, not apartment, and for RM300k. Actually a lot of the kampung squatters near here already cleared by upcoming BON Kiara if people bother to check the location.

One question guys, lets say a friend of mine was a co-owner of a house which her brother bought many years ago because he couldn't get a loan with his own documents at that time, can she qualify to buy a rumah WIP on her now? For your info, the house has now been sold and my friend has yet to buy any houses till now.
