If AP, the IMEI have to match the back but will hardly and mostly won't match the box?

does it matter whether it is from sony or sandisk ?

how long does it takes to flash the firmware?

does the battery last longer when charge when it is low or charge more often to keep the power near full ?

no..the earphone. The type that is placed into your ear. The sony earphone i think. The one that is on the left and right of your k800.

about hpm-82 and hpm-70, the sound quality is the same, only difference is the remote control?
both can be supported by k800.
is both using 3.5mm jacks?

that flare.thm doesn't really lag on my firmware. but it does lag on my friends firmware which is the R1GB001.
is it bcoz of the different firmware it lags?

the hpm70 and hpm82 earphones, is both left side earphone length and right side length the same ? or the left side is shorted than the right???

yea...dont like the o2 logo and cant read chinese characters but the on the brightside, it doesnt really lag.
