u mean using the voice dial??..
just hold the volume button until beep sound... then u can speak... u should can store up to 1000 msg all together...
but, i never faced u kind of problems... i tried to leave the msg until it reach max... yeahh..1000msg.. they can do the service update.... for the certain cost for sure...
but some cases, even AP set cannot being done by them.... then, they will refer u to do the da vincci update...
