my story:

i bought a hpm-70 from ebay before costing abt rm70, the looks is the same, built is like original, but the sound output quality is just different.

i used to use original hpm-80 and hpm-70 bundled with w900i and w810i, so it is easy for me to feel the differences between them and the cheapo hpm-70 (from ebay). there is a lot lower bass but louder (too much treble) output of the cheapo, even set to megabass, the output just suks compare to the for sure original i have.

it is just the earset though, i used back the fastport (bottom part) and connect with the earset (upper part) from my hpm-80, it gives exactly same output by the original whole hpm-80.

i am not sure if what i bought was grade AA or wat or OEM or what (since even the packaging is exactly like those sold as original from reliable store), but for guaranteed quality, better get the original from reliable source.

Thinking of getting a 2GB mspd for my W810i..Will it lag?Or i should go for 1GB?

I have just met a Senior Member at KL and  we have tested

2x Orignal Midland Set
1x Orignal AP Set
1x Fake Set
My HPM-70

At the end, my HPM-70 performance is as bad as the Fake Set.
So we jumped to the conclusion, my one is fake set.

You can feel the significant difference between Original set and Fake set when you test both set at the same time.

This is what we experienced just now. 10:30pm 08-02-2007

To be fair, I will not disclose the seller name at the monent,
I am sending back seller the earset for verification tomorrow.

Hopes I'm not disturbing forumers as 'last time' i did. I notice a problem with my phone recently. The processing speed is getting slower and slower. When I'm browsing my message inbox, i cant even scroll to next message in few seconds time .. or when i'm editing the playlist, its freaking slow ... Any solution and prevention step that may taken? Kindly advice and thanks ...

serious ar?! i always use cotton bud plus water to wipe the fella, and then use normal dry bud to wipe, somemore i'm not gentle type of person, my W800i UV layer still intact leh. i hand itchy go and scratch it sometimes also.

gosh, first batch of phones really first batch, maybe they coat it nicely coz if they mess it up, will ruin their market. just an assumption, though.

i found out that when i take a photo at night with the camera light on , the brightness level of the photo is TOO high. is there anything wrong?

why no get AP set leh....they still provide service but not that good i guess...

anyway does W810i still have that annoying loud sound when taking picture with camera? can the sound be closed off? and can we use any song file as message tones, or is it the msg tones predefined one?

Well, im using the infamous RM10 Yi Xing (or is it Xi Ying) SP for the lens, for about half a year or so now, no blur whatsoever... Can't compare with MFSP though, cause I just don't have the resources for a set of Martin Fields... 

Not all AP set can update thru SEUS.
Your set might be a branded AP set which mean the firmware is some telco firmware so there aren't any update for that particular firmware.

i know...thats why i said pc cannot detect my phone when i use file transfer mode.......no removable disk in my computer.....

guys.. y after i formet my pc rite.. den i install back de SE pc suite thingy.. den i plug in my phone ... de pc says cant detact my phone n its cant connect..unknown device... y ar?

i hav install pc suite and disk2phone,
when i connect to pc using usb, at 1st it detect normally.
then when i choose file transfer and da phone restart. it got error when detecting back da phone. data error (cyclic redundancy check)
now cannot put mp3 in my phone 

i hav try reinstall evrything, da pc suite and disk2phone. reinstall da driver a couple of times. restart pc.
but its still the same 

can put in phone card>MSSxxx>audio>artist(created by urself)>album(oso created by urself)>

xxx means im not really sure wat is it,nvr quite noticed it,hehe

this whole process may oso be incorrect since my phone is not plugged in right now...will edit once i get the right procedure

got another problem....why most of my pictures in memory stick unable to open? it shown cracked icon in thumbnail....for information i use 512mb MSPD that came with my phone...i just bought this phone 2 weeks ago....anyone can tell why? izit that MSPD is a fake one? i bought from one of LYN member...
