I'm using KillPing and WtFast seems fine no problem.
I even use it for Titanfall 2 no problems.
This what u need to do if you don't see a change. Change your TMnet IP. Sometimes the routing is so bad that it cannot route you well enough.
Find the IP that works well and use your VPN. I'm not sure what VPN your using but you need a gaming VPN not those other VPN because security VPN add huge overhead and will cause your ping and upload download to slowdown.

like what enzo says, you can try restarting your modem to see how many different dynamic IP you can get. while it's true for me as a streamyx user (certain IP range is better than others), i'm not too sure for unifi.
