It would be the peak. I bet every bot would hit this limit on daily basis. LOL

Banning bots will be very easy then .. expecting mass banning on next update.

42 pokemon per hour assuming you play 24 hours a day.

The more realistic average is 3 hours per day. That would meant 333 pokemon per hour, very unlikely for normal players.

They logged down hourly captures per hour, rate should vary for human player and a constant rate for bots. Im 90% sure niantic knows who are bots, its just a matter of time.
