gps issue. one workaround would be to enable wifi even though there's no wifi to connect to, because the phone will use nearby ssid's info to further locate where you are.

you should fight gym more or catch more pokemon, then you will feel the need to go to pokestop    (been kicking gyms with 1-2k cp with my max 700cp pokemon today), 6 vs 1 then revive + super potion and repeat and rinse 

ada car ada lrt can go to hotspots (midvalley, klcc, sunway pyramid) 

Friend of mine reported these 2 persons to Niantic on Sunday 2am. Sunday evening, I passed by 2 of the locations and they were gone. Replaced with some fairly benign 1k pokemons. Coincidence, gang banged or action taken by Niantic?

I think you don't need to report , teleporting will cause him permanent ban, coz they will detect your IP.
