Did the ban already started? The gym around me are guarded by CP100 catterpies and Rattatas . My CP1800 Vaporeon is still guarding the same gym for 3 hours where as normally it wouldn't last for even 3 minutes.

Not me, just someone out there got the msg. He said coz of using radar, something like that. Maybe if continuously got the msg will lead to ban, who knows

This site seems to be very popular here and this is also likely to be in violation of ToS as it accesses Niantic's servers to pull data from them.

There are players who use similar 3rd party site like Pokesniper already getting permabanned because of this.
