The property prices seems to growing up fast in Taiping.
It's like Penang 10 years ago.If that's the trend,i'd better jump on it....
Does anyone have any clue on it.

taiping is no more the sleepy town that i grew up in - come holidays, the roads, restaurants, makan places are
super jam and a real pain
many hotels have sprouted up and retirees are moving in due to the lower cost of living - the preference is for
property within walking distance to the lake gardens and amenities..

i know of this block of walk up apartments next to the lake gardens - 5 years ago , only selling at 90k now
250k..

should buy prop in taiping earlier.... nowadays price crazy.... landed could easily reach 600k-800k....

own stay ok lah... nice town... after 10 ten years sell double

prices already double for those who bought 3years ago.

600-800k are for semi-d prices range.

link house already 400k-600k nowadays.... i dont think the price will face any correction in future....

Actually Taiping property prices increases rapidly since the last 3 years,
Before that from year 2000 till 2013 the prices were not moving at all.

What size of the landed can reach 800k in Taiping? Semi-D?

around 3000sq ft land with 2400sq ft built.
But it has to be in a good residential area.
By that I mean your neighbours house should be semi D or bungalows.

taman suria permai 22x80 priced at 400k++ (double storey intermediate unit)
taman tekkan impian 22x75 priced at 220k++ (single storey intermediate unit)



need to stay outside taiping for cheaper 1 like taman larah ria... aiyaaaaaaaa

Price will double again in 3 years time, bbb else will miss the boat.

There will be winners and there will be losers in the property market.
But one thing is a fact is that if you can wait it out,then the rewards will be how much? rather than if I made any....
