Please.. What is the reasonable price for streamyX 4mbps that I can request for? I'm just making a complaint for price reduction. RM 80 is it reasonable? Or even should be lower than?

Please help me.. I need advice
I'm requesting for price reduction for my 4mbps streamyX.. And make a complaint to skmm But the reply given after investigation is infrastructure not available..
I'm not request for infrastructure or coverage and problem not solved.. Please help me.

Just reply
Reason: Initial finding, TM Infrastructure service is not available at the moment and TM did not has any planning yet to expand this Infrastructure at customer area in near future. TM has responded to customer via e-mail, 8 August 2018 to explain on this matter. Case is closed on 8 August 2018.

What can I do for thìs?

Not saying it is a fair price, but RM88 is the lowest so far. There once have RM88 for certain promo at certain area, and also to target the lower income ppl. So far there is nothing lower than that.

I complain for price reduction last week but received answer not infrastructure available this month.. And I reopen it with additional information and mentioned price deduction no coverage..
Until now still no further response from skmm..
I ask tm unifi Facebook and their reply is
Maaf tiada pengurangan harga dapat diberikan tiada perubahan bagi broadband (streamyX) buat masa sekarang.

Why streamyX user needs to face this problem perhaps we pay more with low speed.
