I'm listed for free upgrade before but because I'm missed the call they remove my name from list and then I call 100 and messages unifi online they say my location out of coverage at the time (coming soon) I wait until march 2019 still same Then I go to tmpoint and ask for upgrade and they say Can But with new contact (I'm blur that time because I ask unifi online also 100 they said No new contact) and I agree for it. I think I'm misled by TM. They Can directly upgrade from outside my house but TM choose make the easy stuff to hard? (fyi: my upgrade from 4mbps to 8 mbps just do outside without into my house. And take about half day to settled) But tm let me wait from August 2018 to march 2019. Any body meet the problem like me?
