So from what I know, so far.

For unifi coverage
- some area projects are on hold temporary or completely on hold.
- some area expansion rate dropped significantly after gobind n geng masuk campur like in sarawak here as well.

For pricing
- it's just icing on the cake, the rest..welp

For other ISP
- heard some sources some states wanna have their own ISP license but been denied by gomen, reason, unknown.

Now back to current unifi air:
- currently only available for streamyx (invited only) users, and not every area.
- it's using B40 unifi mobile, 20Mhz bandwidth. Average speed should be around 10-15Mbps depending areas
- supplied Huawei B618 modem is "unlocked", they only stick "warranty seal" on the sim slot. Guess they just clearing out old batch.
- ps4 gamers? gonna have hard time since it will cause NAT 3 status, no known workaround yet.

seems the b618 bundled with unifi air now comes with locked firmware.

only unifi air simcard can be used.

- For current Sept'19 bill, there will be pro-rated rates included.
- SIM Only Unifi Air plan won't bind you to 24 months contract.
- Huawei B618 unifi air bundled is SIM LOCKED to unifi air simcard only.

yes.. killing off streamyx brand entirely. Since streamyx was associated with "slow" lol.

not really, those can't get 8Mbps also been rebranded to unifi lite as well.

someone mentioned the TnC for unifi air.. seems might be data cap, or they just copy n paste from webe.

ads can be manipulated like most telco says UNLIMITED .... but actually depends on "fair usage policy"

but then let's see how it goes for a month or two then.

for the private ip seems tm already set it for most 1 @ 2Mbps users.. and had to ask them for u to get public ip.. just mention you had cctv and alarm..

do aduan mcmc after you've made formal complain to TM

no. hows your line quality? also what router? try make a report then if nothing fixed, make a mcmc report

for cabling inside apartments blocks it does relies on your apartment management to deal with TM. If both comes to terms then baru TM will pull the cables to your apartment blocks.
Else, nothing can be done.

Other than that, the residents can do petition or sign demand forms, and send to TM for consideration.

hence the sign collection, if you can convince the residents to signup for demand.. might still have chance since the management agrees to nego with TM

You could do some formal complaint or write emails, better if you know someone inside TM if possible and backup with some facts until someone from TM actually approach you personally and have a talk, which I did for my area.

Just non stop making it and forward it to tm. If tm or mcmc called, just refused to close the report and keep on bugging them.

Just non-stop make formal complain and keep doing followup with them, till yours been escalated to 2nd level and someone from TM will either meet you or personally call/message/whataspp. Something like this.

I guess the tmpoint there kinda doesnt do much.. well you can always report to tm hq about tm pg. For my case already met up and seems got some updates la for now

After some reports lodged, council everything said project already got kelulusan..now only left TM to install.. haish. every year promo unifi want new users but no service coverage.

let alone streamyx users only get rebranded only.
