I see...sorry I wasn't aware of that.
This is what TM always do. doh.gif

Yes, but isn't it weird? The exact same user in the same location might get, say:

1. 1Mbps for RM69
2. 8Mbps for RM69

depending on whether she knew to apply to UNIFI within this August to upgrade her Streamyx package to the maximum speed supported by the current copper infrastructure at her location.

Why punish the users on something that they're unlikely to be aware of? hmm.gif

They confirmed that from October onward my bill will be RM69 + 6% SST.

Well is TM, they have the opportunity to suck customer's blood for another month, why not right. devil.gif

Some people commented that TM will automatically upgrade to the highest speed possible, without needing to call TM... Some people say otherwise... really wonder. sweat.gif

"BroadbandService"means a high speed Internet access service which provides connection to the internet with speeds up to 8Mbp"

Still there, just that you could get either 1/2/4/8 mbps, but pay RM69 irregardless. laugh.gif

ya no more, rebrand into unifi lite with 8mbps

Not WITH 8 mbps... only UP TO ... A vast difference.

More likely most users will only get 1/2/4... with a lucky few at 8mbps. Depends on what speed the copper infrastructure can sustain. sweat.gif
