Alamak, why up to 2Mbps jer the Maxis Wired? now got waifu 2mbps not sufficient I thinking to switch to mobile wireless internet and USB tethering for casual gaming, maybe around 3-6 hours per week. U guys think is ok for BF4 gaming if using mobile wireless internet, example maxis 4g?

The 4mbps rm88 is the subsidized price for ppl under 5k salary right?

I'm below such salary.. but I dont get it . The TM girl just mentioned it's for "selected" group only. lol

And somemore I heard its available in certain areas only, not sure how it works though..good luck to u bro..

We can actually do that now because maxis got package 10mb package at price of 4mb in tm. If tm don wan to give 8mb at rm140 some who coverage can jump to maxis to teach them a lesson.

this is the last month ill be using streamyx,5+ freaking years paying the old price,

ping is not good(spike at certain time even im the one that using + only allow 1 mac address)

max speed only 2mb at my place (RM 140+ /month, if using TIME @ RM150 can get 100Mbps)

still price per speed is way much expensive. its 2016 and we still left behind. Last time we got free email + storage from them,now all gone

*p/s : btw i know network related stuff + cost + why streamyx cant go > 8Mbps. im just concern about price/customer relation thing,its getting worse year by year

Best way to protest is with your wallet. Cancel service, use alternative to prove a point. They soon cave in and kiss your arse.

would it be good if unifi can bring back their 10Mbps plan. 10Mbps is enough for me

ikr.. if there's another service in coverage, why not jumping over..but like most of us, the only fixed line service available is TM streamyx, and it's 2016 yet price still expensive... and now they got those "discount" and "promos" for "selected" and new users only, and it doesn't feel right.

well..last month i accepted their offer for 8mbps@RM150(exclude GST) from my 4mbps..now got this..cilakak...

i also have unifi vip5 which also cant get the 10mbps free upgrade..

2 accounts under my name and both CC autopay... not loyal customer enough, huh??

When the TM girl called me about my complaint, I just asked most of the stuff I got from the streamyx terek, and she just kind confirmed those packages are for new users and "selected" users only, and of course I "tidak puas hati" and she just gave excuses those are the works of promotion sector. I asked why loyal customers like me and others doesn't get it..and she still repeating the same excuses and end up hanging up on me .. well I don't use any harsh rude words, just those typical querry alot type of guy
